I am a writer, editor, and content strategist/consultant, working at the intersection of visual culture and media publishing. My background is as an NCTJ-qualified journalist with over a decade of experience working in digital and print media, publishing, advertising, fashion & lifestyle brands, art and photography.

Previously (2016-2019) I was Senior Digital Editor at Magnum Photos. magnumphotos.com launched in Spring 2016 and positioned the prestigious agency as a publisher for the first time in its 70-year history. Developing, commissioning and writing content for the B2C site, my work supported all departments of the international Magnum Photos business, such as the online shop, education, print sales, and the archive.

Previous to this, I worked as acting editor for NOWNESS, I was digital content editor for Serpentine Galleries, and a producer and editor for M&C Saatchi’s editorial and strategy department.

I write about visual culture for a number of publications. My editorial work has been published by: AnOther Magazine, Dazed & Confused, Wonderland Magazine, Vanity Fair, Protein, The Spaces, The Long+Short, Phaidon, Flaunt Magazine, 125 Magazine, Ponytail Magazine, and Interview Magazine, amongst others.

I have provided editorial direction, commercial copywriting, and content production work for a number of fashion and lifestyle brands. This includes work for: Peroni, Boots, Orlebar Brown, Matches Fashion, Mulberry, Burberry, NET-A-PORTER, Carhartt WIP, Nike, Belstaff, Ergo id (Mo:vel shoes), SSENSE.com, Document Studios (Kickers, Gap), MARIOTESTINO+.

I mentor with Arts Emergency, a network that mentors young people from non-privileged backgrounds who are interested in working in the creative industries.
